The range is open to members ONLY.

 

The range is available to members to safely use in accordance with the published by-laws, rules and posted signs. You can check whether the range is open or not on the calendar.

 

CENTERBURG CONSERVATION CLUB

RIFLE AND ARCHERY RANGE RULES

 

  • Range opens at 8:00 AM and closes one hour before dark.
  • Always treat your firearm as if it was loaded.
  • Always wear ear and eye protection.
  • Always be aware of your target and what is beyond it.
  • Do not load firearms outside your shooting lane.
  • No tracer ammo or exploding targets.
  • No fully automatic fire, bump, or slide-fire devices.
  • No targets in front of target racks.
  • No alcohol, illegal drugs, or any form of impairment.
  • Minors (under age 18) must be accompanied by a parent.
  • No hanging cans or bottles from target racks.
  • Always keep your muzzle pointed down range.
  • If a ceasefire command is given, stop shooting.
  • No shooting of wildlife on the range.
  • All your trash, targets, boxes, and brass and should be disposed of into the trash dumpster.
  • No organic targets on the range.
  • No real estate or political signs as targets.
  • Please always have your membership card visible. You will be asked to show your membership card if it is not visible.
  • Firearms are not permitted on the archery range.
  • Bows are not permitted on the rifle range.

 

 

NO HUNTING ON CLUB GROUNDS AT ANY TIME.
